We are an innovative, value-driven company in the business of “sustainable, environmentally focused packaging.” We are based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and are working towards making a larger dent in the sustainable packaging industry. We have been able to incorporate our Omnidegradable® (biodegradable) technology into the packaging industry and we pride ourselves as the industry leaders in this area.
Our products do not depend on water, heat, sunlight or oxygen to degrade. They rely on ever-present microbes in soil or water. This is why we call it Omnidegradable®. The organic additive in our films reacts with microbes to create an enzyme that can break down the long-chain molecules found in regular plastic into pieces small enough for microbes to consume completely, thereby reverting to their original elements. They leave behind only water, CO2 or CH4, and a small amount of Organic Biomass, all beneficial to plant growth.

Robert has been working in the print and packaging industry for over 40 years now.
“I started TekPak Solutions in 2009 because I wanted to see real change in my lifetime and I was disappointed by all the greenwashing that was (and still is) happening in my industry.
It doesn’t have to be that way. There are real solutions out there. We’ve found one of them.
Plastic itself is a revolutionary product. The problem it poses is its end of life. We have a solution to that problem by returning it to nature safely and COMPLETELY.

Lisa has been part of the team for over 10 years now and has learned many different aspects of the printing and packaging industry and our business. You will most likely find her at tradeshows when not in the office as she loves meeting new people and learning more about their product’s needs to see how TekPak Solutions’ Omnidegradable materials can help their business to become more sustainable!
Lori
Stock Bag Sales, Office Coordinator & Accounting
Lori has been with TekPak Solutions since 2020. She manages our office, accounting needs, and even helps with sales. She has learned much about the company and helps in any area where she is needed. Lori enjoys learning about our customers and what their needs are, and enjoys helping our customers learn about and implement our “Omnidegradable” packaging solutions.
Frank
Quoting & Procurement
Frank has been part of the team since 2017 and takes care of providing the best possible pricing to our sales reps for custom items, and is also responsible to sure we have the right quantity of Omnidegradable® material on hand to meet customer demand.
David
Warehouse Coordinator
David has been with us since 2019. Aside from managing our warehouse, training and supervising production, his specialties also include Customs Compliance, Machine maintenance, Health and safety, Logistics and Facilities.
You might find him in his office, or operating the forklift. David makes sure you get the product(s) you need, when you need it.
